This page and the Engagement app capture and showcase community engagement projects that have been initiated by staff and students as part of service learning, community-based research, community outreach or volunteering.

The projects are listed according to the six DUT faculties, thereafter according to the three Deputy Vice-Chancellors (DVCs) at DUT. Showcasing these projects recognises staff, students and social partners for their exceptional commitment to community engagement by initiating and leading mutually-beneficial collaborations to service communities and by creating spaces for the practical applications of knowledge to produce future-ready graduates in line with the ENVISION2030.

Upon selecting ‘List of Projects’ for the specific Faculty or DVC that you would like to view, you will be redirected to the Engagement app site. This app allows users to submit records of their Engagement projects and activities, generate management reports, access all Engagement projects to easily form partnerships with mutual benefit, and see the overview of projects or work that are contributing to ENVISION2030.
